After finishing my studies in psychotherapy sciences at the Sigmund Freud university, I have pursued my specialization in psychoanalysis with the Psychoanalytic Seminar Innsbruck Institute, Austria.  As part of my training, I gathered experience in various international settings; at a psychiatric hospital in Mauritius, associations and rehabilitation centers in Geneva, and I am currently practicing in Vienna.

In my practice, I emphasize the importance of understanding your personal history and early experiences, which I believe, are fundamental determinants of your emotional well-being and overall life experience.

The way we perceive ourselves and navigate relational dynamics are frequently shaped by early attachments and experiences, which act as templates guiding our present emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.

When recurrent patterns and needs remain unexamined, they can substantially affect our sense of safety, mood, and general well-being. Hence why, I prioritize transparent dialogue with my clients to uncover the root causes of suffering, facilitating deeper insights that promote meaningful changes and enduring personal growth.
